It is the season for outdoor sports and beaches. It is the season for camping and sitting by a lake with your beloved ones. Yes! it is the summer-time. Since childhood, I am in love with the summer season. I used to wait eagerly for the summer season to arrive because of the summer break during school – time. As I grew up I started to like it more often because in this season specifically I can go on a family vacation to the beaches or mountains with my family and on trekking with my friends.
When I was younger my mother used to constantly remind me to keep hydrated myself. She literally used to force me to drink heaps of water, juices and juicy fruits on a daily basis to avoid any health issue which unfortunately I did not take seriously due to which most of my plans had to cancel as I used to fell ill because of dehydration. As I grew up I started to learn more about the benefits of drinking water and I found out some amazing things that I did not know before.

Drinking a lot of water cuts down hunger. Whenever you will feel hungry drink two-three glasses of water which not only helps in losing the weight but you will also feel full stomach as water fills you up. In summers, Dehydration occurs very quickly due to which you might feel hungry but according to experts you are thirsty and your body is in need of plenty of water. Therefore, next time when you will be hungry choose to drink water over eating.

I am pretty sure you must have seen many interviews of your favorite celebrities in which they talk about the reasons behind their flawless skin, and drinking plenty of water was always the topmost reason among the others.
