It is hot outside, but your friends got a genial idea to organize a barbecue. Everything could be good and nice, but you’re a vegetarian. Don’t worry you can enjoy a tasty vegetarian barbecue.

If the steaks don’t delight you in any form, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy barbecue outdoor along with the ones you love. The vegetarian grill is easy to make, especially if you have a little bit of imagination.

Delicious Vegetarian Barbecue

  1. Quattro formaggi mushrooms

For this, you’ll need a few Champignon mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves and your favorite types of cheese. You can use simple cheese or smoked, Emmentaler, mozzarella, brie cheese or gorgonzola.

  1. Bulgur and quinoa stuffed mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms, and remove the “tails”, you can do this at home before leaving to save time. Chop the fungi, then mix it with garlic and grated or small cubed cheese.

Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture. You’ll get a delicious lunch.

  1. Fresh salad with grilled veggies and goat cheese

The combination between cooked veggies and goat cheese it’s excellent, tasty and very healthy. For this recipe, you can choose your favorite veggies. My choices are carrots, sweet potatoes, and zucchini.

Before you get out of the house, choose a base for the salad- it can be fresh baby spinach, lollo salad, arugula, valerian, or a mix between all of these. Wash the leaves, dry and store it in a casserole.

Separately, wash and peel the carrots, zucchini, potatoes, eggplants or any other vegetable you like it. As well, take with you a piece of cheese, which will be chopped afterward.

In a bowl, prepare your favorite dressing. It can be one based on olive oil and lemon juice, yogurt and mint or vinaigrette.

When you get to the barbecue, all you need to do is cooking the vegetables and mix all the ingredients above. Just, make sure you are taking with you a big bowl.
