Ingredients

– 2 medium avocadoes

– 2 garlic cloves (grated)

– A small bunch of fresh coriander (roughly chopped)

– ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)

– Salt kosher to taste

Instructions

1. Cut avocado in half, remove the seed and scoop out the pulp. Add pulp in a blender or food processor followed by garlic cloves, coriander leaves, kosher salt, and ¼ cup melted coconut oil.

2. Mix all the ingredients until creamy, you might need to scrape the bowl a few times. 

3. Place a squared aluminum sheet on a chopping board, now put on top of it a piece of cling film (should be the same size).

4. Add the avocado butter spread on top of the foil and start shaping it like a salami.

5. Let it set in the refrigerator (for faster results) freeze it for 3 hours.
