Ek letter jisse, 1986-Cadre ke IAS officer, ab hamesha jaane jaenge, ye saamne aya hai ki IAS Officer Gaurav Dutt jo ki ab iss duniya mein nahi hain, unki maut ka kaaran sadharan nahi balki pechida hai.

Dutt, jo 10 saal se 2 alag-alag cases ke liye suspended thay, unhone apni wrist kaat ke aatmahatya kar li, par karne se pehle, kuch aisa kiya jisse saamne aaenge ab kayi kadve sach.

Ek hafte ke gham aur maatam ke baad, Gaurav Dutt ki wife ne ab saamne aakar bayaan diya aur kaha “my husband took the extreme step as he was being ‘humiliated’ and ‘harassed’ by the Mamata Banerjee-led government, in West Bengal.”

Vaise to Gaurav Dutt ab ek retired IAS officer thay, par unke saamne abhi bhi kayi pareshaaniya thi. Pichle 10 saalo se, Dutt par 2 alag-alag cases ke chalte, unhe kabhi promotion ya anya posting nahi mili. Aur ab jab ek ‘experienced’ officer ka iss duniya se naam-aur-nishaan dono mitaane ki saazish ho, to aise mein uske paas, suicide hi ek option reh gaya hoga shayad.

2010 mei Dutt ko Bengal state government ne, ek rape-case mei shaamil hone ke liye suspend kiya gaya tha. Par unhone tab bhi apne ‘nirdosh’ hone ki guhaar lagayi thi. Ek dusre case mein, financial irregularities dikhaate hue, unn par phir se case hua, jisse ab wo toot chuke thay.

Pichle saal, unke voluntary retirement ke baad bhi Bengal state government ne unke saare benefits par rok laga di, aur bas unhe tadapne liye chord diya. Ab aise haalat aur ek IAS ke cadre se shuruwaat ke baad aisa patan, laazmi hai, insaan ke paas raaste kaafi kam reh gaye.

Par jo bura haal unke jeevan mei tha, utna hi unke suicide ke baad bhi raha, Dutt ke suicide karne ke baad jo bhi saboot ya proof wo chord kar gaye thay, wo sab unki wife ne bataya, ki “police aa kar le gayi.”

“His dues were stuck and he was harassed in different ways. He tried so much to he appeal to the Chief Minister and he went to different officers but nobody helped. They just held the file for ten years. No promotion or elevation,” unki wife ne news-channels ko jawaab dete hue kaha.

Case Ki File Aage Nahi Badhi 10 Saalo se

Kehne ko 10 saal bohot bada time-period hai, par agar red-tapism aur bureaucracy mein dekhe, to kuch bhi nahi. Jo 2-2 case Dutt ke khilaaf kiye gaye thay, unn cases ko samajhne aur saboot ke taur par dekhne ki maang Gaurav Dutt ne West-Bengal ministry se kayi baar ki. Naa to unke letters ka koi jawaab aaya, na hi case aage badhe.

Jab unhone zidd pakad li, tab unhe jawaab diya gaya ki aapke dono cases ki file kho gayi hai, aur unka ab kuch nahi kiya ja sakta. Ab ye ek IAS ke sath hua, to sochiye aapke-mere jaiso ki ‘corrupt law and order’ ke saamne kya majaal?

Dekhna ye hoga ki dusro par gambhir aarop lagaane waali Mamata, ab BJP ke nishaane se kaise bachengi, kyunki ANTI-BJP Front ki badi hissedaar, 2019 elections se pehle kaafi zoro-shoro se BJP ke khilaaf prachar karne mein lagi thi, aur iss suicide ka ‘chunaav’ pe kya asar hoga, ye to dekhte banta hai.
